Do I Need To Renew My License?

Yes, you need to renew your existing license once it expires. It will automatically renew if you have purchased after 10th January 2023.

Where Can I Find My License Keys And Controly Msite Activations?

You can find the licence keys by first navigating to the My Account page, within your order, click “view licences”, next click on “Manage Licences” to view the License to your product.

With regards to activation, on the same page, ensure that you add the full site URL for the site you would like the license be activated on. Alternatively, you can activate the licences as per the guide here.

Can I Upgrade To A Different License?

Yes you can upgrade to a different license. To do so, navigate to the My Account page and within your order, click “view licences”, next click on “View Upgrades” and you will have options to upgrade licences based on your purchase.

What Counts As A “Site”? Can I Use Simple Calendar On Client Sites?

A site refers to a website. Yes, you can use the Simple Calendar plugin on any WordPress website provided you have purchased a license under any of our pricing plans. See our bulk pricing here if you want to use it on multiple websites.

What Types Of Payments Do You Accept?
